Cover Characteristics: Book Covers featuring Eyes

This topic is such a good one!

I mean, there are so many book covers with eyes as the main focus. I have like 10 on my kindle alone, and that doesn't include the million more out there that I don't own.

But of course that also means I was once again struck with indecision and ended up going with ten picks rather five, including some books from the same series because they were too gorgeous not to include them all.

Can you blame me though? They may not be realistic, but they're still so pretty!

Cover Characteristics is a weekly meme hosted at Sugar & Snark. This week’s topic is:

Books Covers featuring Eyes

Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
The Rule of Mirrors by Caragh O'Brien | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
Tesla by Mark Lingane | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
Queen by Aimee Carter | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
Chimera by Vaun Murphrey | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
Changeling by Vaun Murphrey | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
Vector by Vaun Murphrey | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes
Phoenix by Vaun Murphrey | books, reading, book covers, cover love, eyes

I tried to find some different eye colors, but blue and purple seem to be the most popular (which is odd since purple isn’t even a real eye color). My favorite covers are Ignite Me and Phoenix, but I love them all!

This is a fun one this week. I like all your covers, the Mafi books are very distinctive. Rule of Mirrors is kinda interesting, and I really like Queen. But then I remembered liking the cover of Pawn too, so it must be something about Aimee Carter’s covers for that series. 🙂

Thanks! It really is a good topic this week. I do love the Tahereh Mafi covers. But I really want to read the series that Rule of Mirrors is in, it sounds good. And yeah, the other Aimee Carter covers are also pretty, but the white with the pop of blue just stood out and called to me.
