Cover Love: Book Covers with Spring Vibes

I realized that I didn’t do a single cover love post in 2024, aside from the end of the year one, so one of these is long overdue! My last one was about fall vibes, so why not spring this time? I know it’s not quite spring yet, but this was all I could think of, and it feels too late for winter-themed posts. I might regret this next month when I have no post ideas, but oh well, doing it anyway.

I tried not to just get covers with flowers, but that was hard since flowers are the main thing I associate with spring 😅 Also I have no idea what month most of these books are actually set in (even the ones I’ve read, I don’t remember), this is purely based on vibes.

Enjoy the spring covers!

Punderworld Volume 1 by Linda Sejic

A book about Persephone and Hades, makes sense that it would have spring vibes! Something about yellow flowers specifically is extra spring. (This one looks like it might never get a sequel, which is disappointing because it was very cute and had pretty art.)

The Snake Who Loved a Sparrow by Nna Natsuo

The bright colors and plants and lightness of this one makes it feel like spring.

Teach the Torches to Burn by Caleb Roehrig

This one could’ve leaned toward fall because it’s sort of orange, but the white flowers and maybe just knowing it’s about a new romance makes it more spring for me.

Of Knights and Books and Falling in Love by Rita A. Rubin

It’s bright and cheery and romantic. And also there are flowers 😅

Evergreen by Devin Greenlee

Self-explanatory, right? You know, we often think of faces as the most interesting and expressive, but hands make for surprisingly good covers.

Bright Spring by Emmaline Strange

It’s in the title even! But this is also just a lovely cover with nice, appropriately spring vibes.

The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System: Ren Zha Fanpai Zijiu Xitong (Novel) Vol. 1 by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu, Xiao Tong Kong

This cover is just so light and airy and green and pretty.

When Haru Was Here by Dustin Thao

Pink and flowery and magical looking. I don’t know if it’s accurate, but falling flower petals make me think of spring.

Kit & Basie by Tess Carletta

Something about this almost made me feel summer, I think it’s the fields, but it’s also full of flowers and has a soft vibe to it.

That Time I Got Drunk and Yeeted a Love Potion at a Werewolf by Kimberly Lemming

They’re lying in a field of flowers, and I feel like it doesn’t get more spring than that. Also what gorgeous art!

I was going to do a post about books that took place in winter, but didn’t get to finish it yet and then realized it felt too late for that. I like your idea of doing a post with covers that have spring vibes instead. These are all good ones. I recently bought Evergreen, I remember seeing that cover on your blog in another post and it was so pretty and the blurb sounded good, so when it got discounted I bought it.

I like seeing all those spring vibes with the soft colors and nature on the cover in this post. Will have to look some of these up as they look like fun books. Those Kimberly Lemming books I’ve seen before and the covers have great artwork. And I like you found one with spring in the title even with bright Spring.
