Review:
*I received an advanced listening copy of this book via Libro.fm. This has not influenced my review.*
This is part of a series in which each book is about different characters, so this stands completely on its own. (I haven’t read the others.)
It was a sweet story with touching character growth and a nice friends-to-lovers romance. It has just a touch of sci-fi/fantasy, since the premise involves the MC waking up seven years into the future. But despite the character having to struggle with that, it was pretty chill.
The audiobook narration by Mark Sanderlin was great, sounded super natural, and perfectly balanced the lighter and more serious elements of the story.
Overall, an enjoyable story and audiobook!

Sometimes you just need a sweet, slightly whimsical story ????.
Noooo, I forgot the emoji issue. AGAIN.
Will there ever come a day when Roberta remembers? Haha
Yep! I’ve been more into chill stories lately.
I love a good time travel story! I’d like to see how it all gets resolved.
Yeah it can be a neat concept to play with!
