Review:
This was a great finale! I could feel the danger and tension of the situation. I already loved the characters and cared about them and wanted their happy ending. The relationship was still sweet and cute, though less focused on this time. The found family was still sweet and cute too. The combination of zombie apocalypse with a world where werewolves exist was a fun idea that continued to affect the whole story.
It was also sorta fun that in the end, Parker had to work with the two people he disliked and distrusted the most. Also funny when *SPOILER* Parker and Bethany, who were both lying to the people at the compound, had to catch each other up on their lies in front of I think Eric, so it was just Parker being like, “Hello, I’m new to this place that I knew nothing about and just accidentally stumbled upon with my boyfriend!” and Bethany being like, “Oh, hello person I’ve never met, I too am new because I was a prisoner of werewolves on the boat that just came here!” *END SPOILER*
I guess I don’t have a lot to say because I’ve already said it in my previous reviews. Overall, this trilogy was sweet, sexy, and emotional with danger and action and romance and found family and zombies and werewolves, and I really enjoyed it!

Fans of Books 1 and 2 in Keira Andrews's Kick at the Darkness series. Anyone who likes character-focused zombie apocalypse books, m/m paranormal romance, werewolves, sweet and supportive relationships, lots of sex, found family, and lots of feels. (Those last two things start more in Book 2, you just have to stick with it.)

I don’t think I’ve heard of a book that has both zombies and werewolves, but sounds like it works here. I don’t really read zombie books, but the werewolf aspect doe shave me curious about this one. And I do love a well written found family. Glad to hear this was such a good ending to the series.
Idk if I know of any others, but it’s a fun idea. I like zombie books when they’re about the characters, rather than just fighting zombies. Thanks!

Original indeed! And found families are always the best.
I really don’t find many stories that combine zombie apoc with supernatural, but it’s a cool concept, I’d love more!
This sounds really fun – Ill have to look this series up. Glad the ending worked for you.
It’s a great series, might be one you’d like!
