I’ve reviewed the previous books in this series with mini reviews on the blog, so I wanted to at least do one of these quick review posts for the rest now that I’ve read them. Since they all have the same “Recommended For” and mostly the same tags, I’ll just do those sections once at the end. This series sort of had its ups and downs, but overall, it had a wonderful romance/relationship/family that made it all worth it, and it mixed the paranormal with the normal in a really unique way that gave the series an unsettling yet cozy feel. So here are my quick reviews and links!
*Quick Reviews are posts where I share summaries and links for reviews I’ve recently posted to Goodreads and Amazon but don’t plan to make full review posts for here on the blog. Tag links are at the end.*
Waiting (Tyack and Frayne Book 3.5) by Harper Fox [Short Story] [Series Extra]
Lee and Zeke get to know each other in order to save Gideon by going into his mind.
A short series extra that was a nice look into Lee and Zeke’s relationship as not-yet-brothers-in-law.

Underhill (Tyack and Frayne Book 8) by Harper Fox [Short Story]
Lee stumbles into a paranormal mishap, and Gideon goes to save him.
A bit lacking in substance, mostly Lee stumbling into some paranormal weirdness. Disappointing considering it cost $3 for 50 pages.

Once Upon a Western Shore (Tyack and Frayne Book 9) by Harper Fox
Gideon and Lee solve a mystery about a death that happened many years ago, and Tamsyn’s powers start causing problems.
Another enjoyable book, if not super memorable.

To Find Him and Love Him Again (Tyack and Frayne Book 10 Volume 1) by Harper Fox
Life has been pretty calm for Gideon and Lee lately, but then Lee’s powers act up and they both start feeling and acting strange.
More substance than the previous couple books. Another enjoyable one.

To Find Him and Love Him Again (Tyack and Frayne Book 10 Volume 2) by Harper Fox
When everything is changed, Gideon and Lee will find out how true their connection is.
Good in a painful but also sweet way. I really liked this one.

To Find Him and Love Him Again (Tyack and Frayne Book 10 Volume 3) by Harper Fox
Lee is missing, so Gideon will have to find him, and then they’ll have to find their way home together.
I’m not 100% sure, but this seemed like the end of the series. Some confusing things, but overall a beautiful relationship and family, and a nice ending.

“it mixed the paranormal with the normal in a really unique way”
That’s interesting…more often than not, it’s one or the other…
Yeah it really did feel unique in that regard.
I hadn’t heard of this author before. Thanks for sharing.
Glad I could introduce a new author 🙂
